Time to Get It In! - College Tours

Wellesley College Admission Office, April 2014
Of course my mom started talking about college tours a year ago. This past April we visited four schools in the northeast and one in Ohio during spring break. It was crazy, it was exhausting. I really got a chance to experience first hand what college life is like: seminar classes, dormitory living, urban vs. small town or rural setting, etc. I became painfully aware of the difference between 2,000 students on a single-sex campus and 20,000 co-eds on a campus in the middle of a city.

This list of College Fly-In programs are a good resource if you're planning to squeeze in some college visits this fall before you start working on those admission applications. Here are a few programs that (some offer travel assistance) are fantastic opportunities for multi-cultural students.

School's OUT!

School is over.
Summer is here.
So much to do.
Junior no longer.
Senior, finally
Seventeen on July 31.
What to ask for?
EVERYTHING.
Straight A's
Or a new French to English dictionary.
Or concert master, again.
Or All-State championship.
Or, fun.
FUN.
Who cares?
Summer is here.
